As a native of Santa Monica and a graduate of Crossroads School and the University of Southern California, John has a lifetime of local knowledge.  He began his career in commercial real estate. He was involved in over 100 telecom commercial real estate transactions, and assisted in negotiating and administrating leases in excess of $30 Million, providing a valuable learning experience. With a keen interest in the residential market, John crossed over to residential real estate and joined Coldwell Banker in 2002. 

During the past eight years in residential real estate, John has closed over $47 million in residential sales and has been involved in transactions all over Southern California. John joined the boutique real estate office of Osman Realtors in 2005 where he had the select distinction of being named Top Producing Agent.  Osman Realtors was acquired by Rodeo Realty of Beverly Hills in 2007, where John remained until taking advantage of the opportunity to join the Berkshire Hathaway affiliate Prudential California Realty in 2009, based out of the Santa Monica office.
