Going through the process for the first time can be daunting, and John’s advice through the process was priceless. He found us the perfect home after tastefully navigating the pros and cons over several options. He was never aggressive pushing us into a decision, rather he artfully educated us on items to consider, which we wouldn’t have thought of otherwise. The same was true on the selling side. His lineup of inspectors, stagers, handymen and escrow companies alleviated the burden of finding and organizing these contractors ourselves. Much of the documents were handled electronically and in an app modernizing the traditional paper-based methods.
